Performed comprehensive inspection of outdoor condensing unit including electrical control panel, capacitor, contactor, and all wiring connections. Verified proper operation of all electrical components and checked refrigerant lines. Noted moisture accumulation in bottom of electrical panel and addressed drainage concerns. Customer provided their own air filters for this service visit. All system components operating within normal parameters upon completion of maintenance procedures.
