Responded to callback for reported water accumulation under pressure tank and water heater. Upon arrival, conducted thorough inspection of the area and documented conditions with photographs. Examined all visible plumbing connections, pipe fittings, and fixtures in the utility room. Inspected pressure tank connections, water heater installations, and associated piping for active leaks or moisture sources. Observed significant pre-existing water staining on walls and evidence of long-term moisture issues in the space. Checked all recent work performed in the area, including pipe connections and fittings, confirming proper installation and no active leaking from our previous service. Verified all joints, couplings, and connections were secure and dry. Determined that observed moisture and staining appeared consistent with historical water damage rather than new active leaks from recently serviced equipment. Documented findings photographically for record purposes.
